I’m ready for them to find loving and hopefully permanent homes. When my first dog had puppies, they were moved outside once they got old enough and it also wasn’t the middle of winter. Inside, the smell almost outweighs the cuteness. Even washing the blankets and picking up after them every day it still stinks. Puppy pads are a no go because they kept getting ripped and moved so today I implemented my mom’s suggestion: litter boxes. I wanted to use dirt, but they were all out, so I had to settle for sand. Now for the tough part of catching them before they go potty. I put an ad in the local shopper for two weeks and it goes in Friday so fingers crossed they’ll all be claimed before it’s the day they can officially be taken home.
Two weeks ago, my boyfriend’s car and my car broke down the same week. They even have the same issue! Coolant is leaking into the engine. My car we’re junking since it’s got a lot of milage and will probably have more issues in the near future, but his has way less milage and is in good condition so we’ll be paying for it to get fixed. Just hopefully not at an outrageous price since I need a new car now. We’ve had a rental for the week, but it might have to be extended if his car isn’t fixed yet. We’ve found a few cars online, but the place is closed Sundays.
